If you’re trying to improve your diet the first things you’ll try to do or your nutritionist may tell you is to control your sugar intake. But while grocery shopping many labels say ‘Sugar Free’, but sugar is hidden under various names. You must learn to recognize them. Check for the following names while doing your grocery shopping:-
