
Snacking in between meals is a good way to keep yourself energised and active throughout the day. Choosing snacks that are packed with vitamins and minerals or nutrients prevents us from over eating at meals which results in being sluggish and feeling bloated. It keeps us full throughout the day and one doesn’t crave for unhealthy food.
