Warm Water with Turmeric.

As most of us know that drinking warm water or warm water with lemon first thing in the morning on an empty stomach has many benefits such as it cleanses the system, flushes out toxins from the body , improves the metabolism and skin, but if we just add Turmeric to it – prefebaly organic has even more benefits. In a glass of warm water add 1/2 or 1/4th teaspoon of organic turmeric powder and have on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
