Chia Seeds & Black Rice Pasta with stir fry vegetables – served on a bed of Lettuce leaves.
Ingredients :
Chia Seeds & Black Rice Pasta – 1 packet . (you can use any gluten free pasta of choice)
Brocolli, Carrots & Bell Peppers.
Onion – 1 sliced.
Garlic -5-6 pods sliced.
Lettuce Leaves – 1 bunch (here i used Romaine Lettuce, you can use any lettuce leaves of choice).
Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon.
Red Chilli Flakes – as per taste.
Pink Himalayan Salt – as per taste.
Method :
In a pan add olive oil and add in it garlic , once little garlic aroma starts to come add the onions, Saute it for sometime till the onions are translucent. Then add the brocolli, carrots & bell peppers. Add pink himalayan salt & red chilli flakes as per your taste. Cook on a low flame for sometime. Meanwhile on another pot boil the pasta. Once ready mix the veggies and the pasta together and slow cook on a low flame for 2 minutes. Once ready serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
