A hearty bowl of soup

A hearty bowl of soup ticks all the right boxes of a healthy meal – with all the nutrients absorbed. Moreover soups are loaded with all the healthy ingredients and loaded with flavours. A wholesome meal & my favourite food especially for dinner .


  • A spoon of olive oil
  • Grated garlic (4-5)
  • Sliced onions (1)
  • Bell peppers (1) – cut in cubes
  • Potatoes (1) – cut in small cubes
  • Broccoli or Cauliflower: small florets few
  • Carrots (1) – diced
  • Beans (6-8) cut in small pieces
  • Peas : a handful . (Optional)
  • Pasta (optional)
  • Pink Himalayan Salt – as per taste .
  • Juice of a lemon .
  • Black pepper ( optional ) 1/2 teaspoon .

Method : in a pan put oil and add garlic in it . Sauté it for sometime and then add onions , sauté till translucent and then add all the veggies . Cook them together for 5 minutes and then add 4-5 cups of water , pasta , salt and let it boil . Once it boils put the flame on low and let it cook till the veggies are cooked and the water reduces little bit . Once ready add juice of a lemon , lots of fresh coriander leaves and little black pepper . Serve hot .
