Pumpkin : 250 gms
Onion : 1 sliced
Garlic : 4-5 pods sliced
Cumin powder :1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt : to taste

In a cooker put olive oil and the. Crushed garlic , once the garlic changes colour put the onions and sauté it for sometime . Then add the pumpkin and the cumin, coriander, turmeric powder . Then add cayenne pepper and sauté for sometime . Then add 3 cups of water and salt to taste . Cook in the cooker for about 3-4 whistles . Once done . Grind the same with a hand blender . Serve it hot . Garnish it with some freshly ground black pepper & fresh coriander leaves .
